It was a flat on the waterfront, in a central location, from the 60's. Large, but very compartmentalized. The main need of its owner was to have a large living room, where to enjoy the sea views and where to gather the family.
A work of space cleaning was done, leaving the necessary and leaving a room with more than 50 square meters. We work with materials of light colors, to give a summer and holiday air, except at the entrance, where the large volume of wood gives personality to the whole house.
