THE PROJECT
The Capri building is one of the first buildings built in front of the beach of the cura in Torrevieja, around the 60's. The community of owners decided to reform the access hall to solve accessibility, there were already a series of steps to reach To the elevators, and on the other hand to change the aesthetic aspect.
The proposal was bold, put a ramp and new access stairs, lighter, with a breakthrough image. It was bet by a very neutral base and a touch of color for the stairs and the ramp.
The result has completely rejuvenated this mythical building.
