It is a small plot, in a corner, to the limits of the old town of Orihuela. The project proposed a singular, flamboyant building, a facade overlooking the river and the mountain range, and another more opaque, with a double height entrance and a small garden. Although it has little surface, the resources of the double heights and the interior gardens help to give more size to the building.
